Mass market paperback is a very specific size, approximately 4.5”x7” (11.4x17.8 cm), sometimes with small variations. Quality relative to other editions is publisher-dependent, but they’re my preferred format for the regularity, and most are printed on acid-free paper these days (often thinner stock, though).
